Last spring, students at Iowa State University were faced with the challenge of moving their entire campus experiences online in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Cyclones worked together to navigate this new way of learning to make the transition to the “new normal” as easy as possible to allow students to focus on their passions at Iowa State.
With new physical distancing and safety guidelines in place the fall semester certainly looks different from any other time in the history of the university. As students learn in remote, in-person, and hybrid environments, what has become clear is that the exceptional education and experiences students expect must remain a top priority.
The Student Experience Funds empower students to pursue their passions and continue their ISU education.
The Student Experience Funds support efforts within each college and Parks Library to ensure students are provided with the resources they need. They support critical resources, such as scholarships and completion grants for students with financial need. As learning and innovation occurs more frequently in a remote setting, they provide technology needs for students. Funds help various student groups and organizations to carry out their missions. They can support students as they pursue internship and research opportunities that may look different in our current world.
Whether a graduate or friend, you have the ability to empower the ISU student experience and make these opportunities possible for Cyclones. Please consider a gift today and help share this project with your networks. Together, the possibilities are endless.
